WarHorse Gaming Omaha, LLC is hiring a Utility Steward for a full-time role in Omaha, NE. The position supports the Food & Beverage team by keeping kitchen equipment and areas clean, organized, and sanitary. Starting pay is $16.00/hour, with shifts from 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

and 3:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. A Nebraska gaming license may be required. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and dependable service in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in customer service or food service preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and areas.
• Clear and transport dishes to dishwashing area and replenish supplies.
• Follow food safety and workplace safety policies.
• Support team members and participate in required meetings and training.
• Provide outstanding service to guests and staff.
