Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities in Chandler is hiring a full-time dishwasher to support the dining operations with dish and pot washing, utensil cleaning, and sanitation per schedules. Shift is 10:30am-7pm, with opportunities to contribute to a collaborative team in a caring setting.

The role requires standing and moving throughout the shift, ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and effective communication within an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Self-starter with ability to work in a team.
• Must be able to sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, and move during shifts.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and push/pull up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform necessary responsibility for dish and pot washing, and general cleaning duties
• Wash all utensils, chinaware, eating utensils, and glassware for reset of dining room
• Clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures
• Clean dish room, including washing floor mats, draining and cleaning dishwasher, and shining stainless steel
• Sweep and mop dish room, kitchen floors, storage areas, and other areas pertaining to kitchen
