Spectrum Retirement Communities in Chandler, AZ is hiring for a full-time dishwashing/kitchen helper. The role includes washing dishes, cleaning and sanitizing equipment, and maintaining a tidy dish room as part of daily kitchen operations.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, good teamwork, and physical stamina to lift up to 30 lbs and push/pull up to 40 lbs. We offer comprehensive benefits and a stable work schedule.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a self-starter with initiative.
• Ability to communicate in an interdisciplinary team.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk and move frequently.
• Lift up to 30 lbs. and push/pull up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform dish and pot washing and general cleaning duties.
• Wash utensils, chinaware, eating utensils, and glassware for dining room resets.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment and kitchen surfaces per schedules.
• Clean dish room, mats, dishwasher, and shine stainless steel.
• Sweep and mop dish room, kitchen floors, and storage areas.
