Spectrum Retirement Communities is hiring for a full-time dish assistant in Gilbert, AZ. You will work Saturday through Thursday, 10:00 am–6:30 pm, contributing to a clean, efficient dining operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be a self-starter.
• Able to communicate in an interdisciplinary team.
• Able to sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, move during shifts.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs., and push/pull up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform dishwashing, pot washing, and general cleaning.
• Wash utensils, chinaware, eating utensils, and glassware.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment and kitchen surfaces.
• Clean dish room including mats, dishwasher, and stainless steel.
• Sweep and mop dish room and kitchen floors and storage areas.
