Job summary

Burrell Behavioral Health in Columbia, MO is seeking a Cook to prepare and serve meals for residents in our Recovery Services program. You will maintain kitchen supplies and ensure compliance with USDA guidelines, with a Monday-Friday day shift 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active Missouri Food Handlers Card required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to menus and USDA guidelines.
• Maintain kitchen supplies and label/store leftovers.
• Assist with cleaning and meal cleanup during and after service.
• Assist with meal prep for special events and menu substitutions as needed.
• Provide input on menu planning and resident observations.
