Job summary

Sage Connections, LLC is hiring a full-time School Nurse (RN) to support K–12 students in a Pittsburgh, PA school setting for the 2025–2026 year. You’ll manage student health records, administer medications, and collaborate with parents and school staff to ensure safe, compliant care.

The role requires an active PA RN license, CPR/First Aid, and a passion for student-centered health support. Onsite schedule is Monday–Friday, 37.5–40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Current and Unrestricted Pennsylvania RN license is mandatory.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Experience in K–12 or school-based nursing is preferred.
• Ability to manage student health records and medication administration.
• Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage student health records and medication administration.
• Support chronic health condition management (e.g., asthma, diabetes, allergies).
• Coordinate with parents, school staff, and outside providers as needed.
• Maintain documentation and comply with health-related regulations.
• Participate in IEP or 504 Plan meetings when relevant.
