This is a full-time position. Primary responsibility is to take excellent care of our customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding their expectations. This requires product knowledge, food preparation skills, sales ability, customer relations skills, and cooperation with fellow associates to create an incredible place to work and shop.

Responsibilities include efficiently cutting and processing a variety of meat products to maximize yield and profit according to Meat Standards, cleaning work areas, providing customer service, unloading stock, and reloading salvage.

Physical Demands

Regularly required to stand, walk, handle, reach, talk, hear, and taste or smell. Occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch. Must lift/move up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds frequently. Specific vision abilities include close, color, and depth perception.

Work Environment

Work in a cool environment (34-36°F), frequently exposed to wet/humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals. Occasionally exposed to extreme cold. Noise level is moderate to loud.
