Qualificações

• Four (4) years of journeyman carpenter experience in rough and finish carpentry, or completion of the district apprentice program.
• Ability to read and follow written directions and communicate clearly, both orally and in writing.
• Capable of making repairs, ordering materials efficiently, and installing door hardware.
• Valid operator's license and neat appearance.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out work assignments and fill out work orders.
• Perform general repairs to buildings and equipment; execute carpentry tasks.
• Install and repair door hardware and doors; install window glazing.
• Construct shelving, cupboards, storage cabinets, and wood fixtures.
• Form concrete walks and curbs; repair desks, tops, and seating.
• Operate a mechanical man-lift and forklift as needed.
• Repair wooden playground equipment; perform welding and brazing duties.
