ServiceMaster Commercial Services in Duluth, MN is seeking a full-time Janitorial Staff member to perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in our facilities.

The position is 32 hours per week, with a schedule of 9:30am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, at $18 per hour. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable using basic cleaning equipment and chemicals
• The ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Must be clean-shaven for respirator mask use

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms and common areas
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Monitor and restock supplies as needed
• Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines
• Must be clean-shaven for respirator mask use
• Must also wear ankle-length pants & closed-toed shoes
