Basic Qualifications

• You must be 18 years or older.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures.
• Carry out sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, window cleaning, and furniture and equipment moving.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Use proper PPE when required.
• Open and lock facilities, and enable or disable the security system as needed.
• One to two years of experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is a plus but not required.
• Provide on‑the‑job training for high‑quality candidates.
• Demonstrate flexibility, multitasking, and a positive team attitude while wearing company uniform.
• Show respect and understanding toward co‑workers and customers.
• Be able to communicate in English.

Physical Demands

• Constant standing, walking, and other repetitive movements; able to lift or carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to read cleaning instructions and differentiate cleaning products.

Compensation

$11 per hour
