Responsibilities

• Primary focus on ESRD-related vascular interventions, including:
• Venography & angiography (AVF/AVG)
• Arterial access and selective catheter placement
• Dialysis access angioplasty, stenting
• Thrombectomy, thrombolysis
• Dialysis catheter placement, exchange, and repair
• Infusion thrombolysis and vascular embolization
• Additional Procedures May Include:
• Percutaneous AVF (pAVF)
• Port placement
• Peritoneal dialysis (PD) catheter placement

Local to market Outpatient Vascular Access Center is seeking a skilled Interventional Nephrologist to join our established and highly respected outpatient vascular center serving the South Bend/Mishawaka region. This is a full-time, outpatient-focused opportunity with no call and no weekends, offering an exceptional work-life balance.
