Qualifications

• Experience in ESRD-related vascular interventions and dialysis access care.
• Ability to work in a high-volume outpatient setting with accuracy.
• Strong teamwork and communication with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Perform venography/angiography for AVF/AVG and access-related interventions.
• Place arterial accesses, catheter placement, angioplasty, stenting and thrombectomy as needed.
• Participate in patient selection, planning, and post-procedure care in a Monday–Friday outpatient schedule.

Clinical Scope

Primary focus on ESRD-related vascular interventions, including:

• Venography & angiography (AVF/AVG)
• Arterial access and selective catheter placement
• Dialysis access angioplasty, stenting
• Thrombectomy, thrombolysis
• Dialysis catheter placement, exchange, and repair
• Infusion thrombolysis and vascular embolization

Additional Procedures May Include:

• Percutaneous AVF (pAVF)
• Port placement
• Peritoneal dialysis (PD) catheter placement
