Job summary

Anthony Passarelli-Farmers Insurance Agency in Gibsonia, Pennsylvania, is seeking a driven Full-Time Producer / LSP to join the team. You will develop insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and close deals while building lasting relationships with clients and partners in the community.

Entry-level candidates are welcomed with a base salary and the opportunity to earn commissions. Experienced applicants can bring proven sales skills and accelerate growth through training and development

Qualifications

• Posit upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Create relationships from a cold start.
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Prior sales experience.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
