Christinewagner's State Farm agent team in New London, CT seeks a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. You will handle inquiries about insurance, assist with policy changes, billing, and claims, while building lasting customer relationships.

This is a full-time role with weekday schedule and competitive hourly pay. Associates degree preferred; Personal Lines license obtainable.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Experience with computer applications, especially Windows.
• Pride in accurate and timely work.
• Team‑player who can multi‑task and relate effectively to customers.
• Possesses Personal Lines Licenses (must be able to obtain).
• Will complete courses on ethical and customer‑centered sales practices.
• Remains current with product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education.
• Available to work Monday‑Friday 8:30 am–5:00 pm, no weekends.
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including answering inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate daily commitment to success.
