Job summary

Branchburg Township School District is seeking Anticipated Instructional Aides for the 2026-2027 school year in Branchburg, New Jersey. This is a full-time position with three vacancies.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent and prior experience working with students with disabilities. Responsibilities include assisting in instruction, organizing assignments, and supporting students with language/learning disabilities and autism, while helping manage behaviors and maintain

• Previous experience in working with students with disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the classroom teacher in the delivery of instruction to the students.
• Assist teachers in helping students organize assignments, monitor their progress and set goals.
• Work with language/learning disability students as well as students with autism.
• Assist in managing behaviors of students.
• Assume responsibility for learning and adapting to each student's special medical, physical, communicative, and emotional needs.
• Assist teachers in keeping administrative records or preparing required reports related to students.
