Concepts in Millwork, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Millwork Engineer to craft precise manufacturing drawings from architectural plans using AutoCAD and Microvellum.

The role involves interpreting specifications, determining millwork scope, and coordinating with Project Management, Production, and Installation to ensure project success. The ideal candidate has 5+ years drafting experience in millwork, a relevant degree, and strong Excel skills.

Do you thrive on precision, innovation, and turning concepts into exceptional craftsmanship? We’re looking for a talented and meticulous Commercial Millwork Engineer to join our family-oriented team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of creating custom millwork solutions, ensuring each project embodies the quality and excellence our clients have come to expect.

At Concepts in Millwork, we don’t just build custom interiors—we build careers and community. Engineers will utilize specific software to create detailed and accurate manufacturing drawings from architectural plans and specifications. These drawings will be used for manufacturing, installation, and job coordination of all millwork and associated products.

Use Microvellum Toolbox Standard software to produce detailed and accurate manufacturing drawings from architectural plans and specifications.

Ability to read and understand architectural documents, including the ability to determine the millwork scope requirements.

Communicate with other departments (Project Management, Production, Installation) to ensure details of a project are understood and/or to address concerns, make updates as needed.

Have an understanding of standard building construction methods.

• ~ 5+ years of AutoCAD 2010 or higher required.
• ~ Microvellum software experience is preferred.
• ~ Bachelor's degree in Architect and/or Engineering or equivalent previous relevant experience.
• ~5+ years of related work experience (millwork and casework drafting required).
• ~ Previous experience and knowledge of building millwork and/or casework products is preferred.
• ~ Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel).
• ~ Salary: $25 - $35 Hourly commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm (With overtime as needed).
