Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking an Infusion Nurse to provide direct patient care at our Paramus, NJ center. The role emphasizes autonomy, IV starts, and biologic drug administration, with a 3:1 patient-to-clinician ratio to maintain a manageable workload.

The ideal candidate holds NJ RN licensure, outpatient infusion experience, and strong IV skills; ACLS/PALS preferred, BLS required. Flexible to 1–2 Saturdays per month and growth opportunities within a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• Ability to work autonomously in a clinical infusion setting.
• Strong IV skills and infusion therapy familiarity.
• Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
• Current BLS CPR certification; ACLS & PALS preferred.
• Active RN licensure in New Jersey; willing to license in another state.
• Availability to work 1–2 Saturdays per month.

We’re looking for an Infusion Nurse who is passionate about raising the bar in infusion therapy care.

The Infusion Nurse will contribute to the company’s growth by providing direct patient care at our center(s) in Paramus, NJ. The Infusion Nurse will make sure our patients receive the highest level of care possible in infusion therapy. The ideal candidate has experience working autonomously, and experience starting IVs and working with biologic drugs. The Infusion Nurse role is perfect for those wishing to remain at the forefront of healthcare innovation, while having predictable hours, autonomy, and a manageable workload (always a 3:1 patient to clinician ratio).

In this role, you will:

• Assess and document the health status of the patient

• Deliver infusions or injections in accordance with prescribed protocols and organization guidelines

• Assist in maintaining medical inventory and supplies

• Openly communicate with referring/prescribing providers, such as order clarification, patient status, and plan of care

• Provide onsite supervision for all patients

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Current RN licensure in New Jersey, and open to getting licensure in another state

• Experience in outpatient infusion therapy, working in a clinical setting, seeing multiple patients at one time

• Comfortable working autonomously, inserting 5+ peripheral IVs per shift

• ACLS & PALS Certification (preferred)

• Current BLS CPR certification

• Excellent IV skills (infusion therapy experience a plus)

• Experience and strong familiarity utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems

• Ability to work 1 to 2 Saturday's a month
