Job summary

Local Infusion in Paramus, NJ is seeking an Infusion Nurse to deliver high-quality care in a fast-growing infusion center. You will autonomously manage IV starts, IV therapies, and patient monitoring, while coordinating with referring providers and the patient care team.

The role emphasizes a 3:1 patient-to-clinician ratio, predictable hours, and autonomy in a supportive, innovative environment that embraces AI-powered workflows.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active New Jersey RN license.
• Experience in outpatient infusion therapy and clinical settings preferred.
• Ability to insert 5+ peripheral IVs per shift.
• ACLS & PALS certification preferred; BLS required.

We’re looking for an Infusion Nurse who is passionate about raising the bar in infusion therapy care

The Infusion Nurse will contribute to the company’s growth by providing direct patient care at our center(s) in Paramus, NJ. The Infusion Nurse will make sure our patients receive the highest level of care possible in infusion therapy. The ideal candidate has experience working autonomously, and experience starting IVs and working with biologic drugs. The Infusion Nurse role is perfect for those wishing to remain at the forefront of healthcare innovation, while having predictable hours, autonomy, and a manageable workload (always a 3:1 patient to clinician ratio).

In This Role, You Will

• Assess and document the health status of the patient
• Deliver infusions or injections in accordance with prescribed protocols and organization guidelines
• Assist in maintaining medical inventory and supplies
• Openly communicate with referring/prescribing providers, such as order clarification, patient status, and plan of care
• Provide onsite supervision for all patients

Here’s What We’re Looking For

• Current RN licensure in New Jersey, and open to getting licensure in another state
• Experience in outpatient infusion therapy, working in a clinical setting, seeing multiple patients at one time
• Comfortable working autonomously, inserting 5+ peripheral IVs per shift
• ACLS & PALS Certification (preferred)
• Current BLS CPR certification
• Excellent IV skills (infusion therapy experience a plus)
• Experience and strong familiarity utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
• Ability to work 1 to 2 Saturday's a month
• Depending on the needs of the center, must be open to flex to other centers
