Local Infusion is seeking an Infusion Nurse to join our growing team in Massachusetts. You will provide direct patient care in outpatient infusion settings, perform IV starts, and support patients through their infusion journeys.

The role offers predictable hours (Mon-Fri, some Saturdays) and competitive benefits, with opportunities to advance as we expand our centers in Watertown and Stoneham.

Competenze

• Current RN licensure in Massachusetts and eligible to obtain licensure in another state.
• Experience in outpatient infusion therapy and working in a clinical setting with multiple patients.
• Able to insert 5+ peripheral IVs per shift and work autonomously.
• ACLS & PALS certification (preferred) and current BLS CPR.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.

We’re looking for an Infusion Nurse who is passionate about raising the bar in infusion therapy care

The Infusion Nurse will contribute to the company’s growth by providing direct patient care, floating to our centers in Watertown & Stoneham, Massachusetts. The Infusion Nurse will make sure our patients receive the highest level of care possible in infusion therapy. The ideal candidate has experience working autonomously, and experience starting IVs and working with biologic drugs. The Infusion Nurse role is perfect for those wishing to remain at the forefront of healthcare innovation, while having predictable hours, autonomy, and a manageable workload (always a 3:1 patient to clinician ratio).

Locations: Stoneham & Watertown, Massachusetts

Schedule: Monday - Friday

• three: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM and two 10:30 AM–7:0 0 PM.

• Mileage reimbursement at the national rate

• one Saturday/month (4 hours) if needed

In this role, you will:

• Assess and document the health status of the patient

• Deliver infusions or injections in accordance with prescribed protocols and organization guidelines

• Assist in maintaining medical inventory and supplies

• Openly communicate with referring/prescribing providers, such as order clarification, patient status, and plan of care

• Provide onsite supervision for all patients

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Current RN licensure in Massachusetts, and open to getting licensure in another state

• Experience in outpatient infusion therapy, working in a clinical setting, seeing multiple patients at one time

• Comfortable working autonomously, inserting 5+ peripheral IVs per shift

• ACLS & PALS Certification (preferred)

• Current BLS CPR certification

• Excellent IV skills (infusion therapy experience a plus)

• Experience and strong familiarity utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems

• Ability to work 1 to 2 Saturday's a month

• Depending on the needs of the center, must be open to flex to other centers
