Discovery Isle Preschool seeks a loving, full-time Infant Toddler Teacher to nurture and support very young learners. The role focuses on safe, engaging interactions, guiding early milestones, and forming trusting family relationships.

The position emphasizes a nurturing personality, patience, and flexibility while meeting licensing standards. This role is ideal for individuals dedicated to early childhood development and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• 12 Core ECE Units including 3 Infant Toddler Units or a CDA for Infant Toddler.
• Minimum 6 months of licensed childcare center teaching experience.

Responsabilités

• Work with older infants and young toddlers.
• Provide a warm, responsive classroom experience for each child.
• Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and care updates.
• Create a safe, stimulating classroom where infants develop curiosity, confidence, and early learning skills.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to maintain routines and licensing standards.
