Job summary

Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC is hiring a full-time Independently Licensed IOP Clinician for The Recovery Village Palm Beach at Baptist Health in Florida. The clinician will provide group, individual and family therapy, perform psychosocial assessments, and help formulate the Master Treatment Plan while coordinating discharge planning with the treatment team.

The role requires a Master's Degree, at least two years of clinical experience, and Florida licensure (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT).

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a mental health field.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health.
• Active Florida licensure (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT).

Responsibilities

• Provide group, individual and family therapy to assigned patients.
• Conduct psychosocial and bio-psychosocial assessments.
• Collaborate with Treatment Team to formulate Master Treatment Plan and coordinate discharge planning.
• Maintain communication with family, referral sources and other providers.
• Complete documentation to meet policy and regulatory standards.
