Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience.
• Driver's license.
• Own hand tools.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
• Lift at least 50 pounds without assistance.
• The physical ability to work in tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and maintaining a variety of plumbing systems in residential and/or commercial locations.
• Providing and presenting repair options and solutions to customers.
• Cutting, welding and assembling pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures.
• Assembly, installation and start-up of various plumbing fixtures, equipment and components.
• Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance.
• Join the on-call rotation and respond to emergency service requests.
• Conduct assigned daily job requirements with safety, quality, and productivity in mind.

THE BASIC JOB DUTIES

• Servicing and maintaining a variety of plumbing systems in residential and/or commercial locations
• Providing and presenting repair options and solutions to customers
• Cutting, welding and assembling pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures
• Assembly, installation and start-up of various plumbing fixtures, equipment and components.
• Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance
• Work as a team to meet our company goals and satisfy customers
• Communicate with office on job status
• Obtain pre and post documentation of equipment make, model, serial, system type, diagnostic measurements, and photos etc.
• Be well-versed in our Company’s service software and flat rate pricing options. Understand how to create estimates, complete forms, take payments, and obtain electronic signatures.
• Join the on-call rotation and respond to emergency service requests
• Conduct assigned daily job requirements with the utmost safety, quality, and productivity in mind.
• Responsible for skilled use of tools, equipment, and materials pertinent to the plumbing trade.
• Keeps tools and work areas in a clean and orderly manner.
• Has and maintains proper use of all Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and safety equipment.
• Familiarizes self with project task safety plans, documentation, practices and procedures and executes them during the work day.
• Clean and clear the work area after job has been completed.
• Exhibit professional conduct at all times, whether at the job site or driving company vehicles.
• Understanding, recognizing and complying with OSHA safety regulations.

THE JOB REQUIREMENTS
