Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Full-Time In-Home Veterinarian to deliver compassionate hospice and euthanasia care in the homes of families across Sacramento, Roseville, Elk Grove, and surrounding areas. Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine required (DVM/VMD/BVMS).
• Valid U.S. driver's license required.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Background and motor vehicle record check post-hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospice and euthanasia care for pets in clients' homes.
• Practice as a mobile veterinarian across Sacramento and surrounding areas.

Compensation varies based on schedule structure, with 4-day positions starting at $117,500 and 5-day positions offering a base salary of $140,000, plus additional bonus opportunities. 3-Day Full-Time and Part-time opportunities are also available in this market and offer prorated compensation based on schedule

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license
• Availability to work some weekends
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check, post-hire and before their associated start date
