Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice in Manhattan/New York City, NY invites a compassionate In-Home Associate Veterinarian to join our mobile team. You will deliver hospice and euthanasia care in clients' homes, balancing professional expertise with personal well-being.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/BVMS degree required.
• Valid U.S. driver's license required.
• Weekend availability may be needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with help.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospice and euthanasia veterinary care in clients' homes.
• Practice medicine in a mobile veterinary setting while maintaining high clinical standards.

Veterinarian Salary Range

3-day, 4-day, and 5-day full-time opportunities are available in Manhattan/New York City, NY and surrounding areas. Compensation varies based on schedule structure, with 4-day positions starting at $135,000 and 5-day positions offering a base salary of $150,000, plus additional bonus opportunities. 3-Day Full-Time and Part-time opportunities are also available in this market and offer prorated compensation based on schedule.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license
• Availability to work some weekends
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check, post-hire and before their associated start date
