Job summary

Lap of Love is seeking an In-Home, Associate Veterinarian to serve Queens, Brooklyn, Crown Heights, Elmont, Ridgewood, NY and surrounding areas. Join a mobile veterinary team that provides hospice and euthanasia care with a focus on balance and well-being.

You'll practice with purpose in a supportive culture, with ongoing mentorship, flexible scheduling, and a community of over 400 veterinarians and support staff who value kindness and personal growth.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/BVMS required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families in their homes.
• Deliver veterinary medicine in clients' homes across Queens and surrounding areas.

*Veterinarian Salary Range:

3-day, 4-day, and 5-day full-time opportunities are available in Queens, Brooklyn, Crown Heights, Elmont, Ridgewood, NY and surrounding areas. Compensation varies based on schedule structure, with 4-day positions starting at $135,000 and 5-day positions offering a base salary of $150,000, plus additional bonus opportunities. 3-Day Full-Time and Part-time opportunities are also available in this market and offer prorated compensation based on schedule.
