Lap of Love is seeking a Full-Time In-Home Veterinarian for the San Francisco North Bay area, including Vacaville, Fairfield, Vallejo, Benicia, Napa, Concord, and surrounding communities. This mobile role emphasizes work-life balance, ongoing mentorship, and a rewarding path to practice with purpose.

Compensation features a base salary starting at $135,000 for 4-day schedules and $150,000 for 5-day schedules, with additional bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid U.S. driver's license.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospice and euthanasia veterinary care in clients' homes.
• Deliver compassionate, client-focused veterinary services.
• Collaborate with Lap of Love team and practice managers for quality care.

*Veterinarian Salary Range: 3-day, 4-day, and 5-day full-time opportunities are available in San Francisco North Bay, CA, including Vacaville, Fairfield, Vallejo, Benicia, Napa, Concord, Novato, Santa Rosa, and surrounding areas. Compensation varies based based on schedule structure, with 4-day positions starting at $135,000 and 5-day positions offering a base salary of $150,000, plus additional bonus opportunities. 3-Day Full-Time and Part-time opportunities are also available in this market and offer prorated compensation based on schedule.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license
• Availability to work some weekends
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check, post-hire and before their associated start date.
