Job summary

Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice invites you to join as a Full-Time In-Home Veterinarian serving Colorado Springs, Peyton, Monument, Fountain and nearby areas. This mobile role emphasizes balance, purpose, and client-centered care, with ongoing training and a community of supportive colleagues.

The role offers 2–5 day-per-week flexibility, unhurried daily appointments, and an opportunity to practice compassionate medicine in a home setting while maintaining professional growth and well-being.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or equivalent degree.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families.
• Practice as a mobile in-home veterinarian.
• Deliver medical care with a focus on compassion and client communication.
• Operate independently with ongoing mentorship and support.

Veterinarian Salary Range

Veterinarian Salary Range: 3-day, 4-day, and 5-day full-time opportunities are available in Colorado Springs, CO, including Peyton, Monument, Fountain, and surrounding areas. Compensation varies based on schedule structure, with 4-day positions starting at $85,000 and 5-day positions offering a base salary of $100,000, plus additional bonus opportunities. 3-Day Full-Time and Part-time opportunities are also available in this market and offer prorated compensation based on schedule

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license
