Job summary

Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is seeking an In-Home Associate Veterinarian to serve Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, Tenino, Centralia, Rochester, WA, and surrounding areas. This mobile role balances professional fulfillment with personal well-being, offering structured mentorship, flexible schedules, and meaningful client interactions.

Positions include 3-day, 4-day, and 5-day full-time opportunities with base salaries starting at $85,000 and $100,000 for longer schedules, plus bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/BVMS degree required.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check, post-hire and before start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families.
• Offer compassionate medical care and support in clients' homes.
• Collaborate with mentors and practice managers to ensure quality service.

Compensation varies based on schedule structure, with 4-day positions starting at $85,000 and 5-day positions offering a base salary of $100,000, plus additional bonus opportunities. 3-Day Full-Time and Part-time opportunities are also available in this market and offer prorated compensation based on schedule
