Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is seeking an In-Home Associate Veterinarian to provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets in customers' homes across SeaTac, Tacoma, Auburn, Puyallup, Kent, Federal Way, Renton and surrounding areas. This role honors your time, supports your well‑being, and lets you practice with purpose while maintaining balance.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/BVMS degree required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
• Weekend availability may be required.

• Veterinarian Salary Range: 3-day, 4-day, and 5-day full-time opportunities are available in SeaTac, WA, including Tacoma, Auburn, Puyallup, Kent, Federal Way, Renton and surrounding areas. Compensation varies based on schedule structure, with 4-day positions starting at $107,500 and 5-day positions offering a base salary of $130,000, plus additional bonus opportunities. 3-Day Full-Time and Part-time opportunities are also available in this market and offer prorated compensation based on schedule.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license
• Availability to work some weekends
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check, post-hire and before their associated start date
