Full‑time, Master’s level In‑Home Therapy Clinicians to work with families in the Springfield area. Responsibilities include providing clinical services to assigned client caseload (including individual, family and group therapy), maintaining client records, producing reports and documentation for third‑party billing. Other duties include participating in treatment planning, developing and implementing goals and strategies for clients according to timeframe specifications.
Auto Insurance: It is NCYF's policy for our IHT Clinicians to have at minimum: Optional Bodily Injury to Others (coverage part 5 on a Mass Auto policy) limits of $100,000 per person/$300,000 per accident, and Damage to Someone Else's Property (part 4) limits of at least $100,000 on the personal vehicle(s) used to transport clients. Proof of said coverage must be provided to NCYF prior to beginning employment.
