Guardian Angel Senior Services in Massachusetts is hiring dependable, compassionate Caregivers to provide in-home care and companionship to seniors in Barre and surrounding communities.

You will assist with ADLs, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, and safety, following individualized care plans. We offer full-time hours, flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and benefits for employees working 30+ hours weekly.

Qualificações

• Must be dependable, compassionate and able to provide non-medical support in clients' homes.
• Willingness to travel between nearby towns.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently following individualized care plans.
• Experience in caregiving is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and support healthy nutrition.
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and home organization.
• Run errands, grocery shop, and assist with transportation.
• Maintain a safe, clean, comfortable home environment.
• Work independently while following each client’s care plan.
