Imagen Technologies is seeking a board-certified Breast Radiologist for a high-performing Napa County hospital. Lead imaging standards and deliver high-quality care in a technology-forward, physician-led practice.

Flexible location and schedule options include full onsite five days, or partly onsite with remote days. Responsibilities include on-site breast procedures, ultrasound- and mammographic-guided biopsies, cyst aspiration, and occasional reading of diagnostic studies.

Qualifications

• Board-certified radiologist with breast imaging expertise.
• Fellowship training in Breast Radiology preferred.
• Ability to obtain California medical license.

Responsabilités

• Perform full suite of on-site breast procedures including ultrasound-guided biopsy with localization device.
• Perform mammographic-guided biopsy with localization device.
• Perform ultrasound-guided breast cyst aspiration.
• Read mammograms and general diagnostic studies when schedule allows.

About the Role

We are seeking a board-certified Breast Radiologist at a high-performing hospital in Napa County. This is a unique opportunity to join a technology-forward, physician-led practice where clinical quality is our paramount priority. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining imaging standards while delivering essential care to a supportive community.

This opportunity has location and schedule flexibility - from 5 days a week onsite (preferred) to 3 days a week onsite with remote days.

Clinical Scope & Responsibilities

• Procedure Focus:This role involves a full suite of on-site breast procedures, including:
  
  
  
  • Ultrasound-guided breast biopsy with localization device placement
  
  
  • Mammographic-guided breast biopsy with localization device placement
  
  
  • Ultrasound-guided breast cyst aspiration
  
  
  
  


• Clinical Leadership:You will play a key role in clinical leadership, defining standards and optimizing workflows.


• General Diagnostic:While the focus is breast procedures, you will be expected to read mammograms and general diagnostic studies, schedule permitting.


• Medical Directorship:Opportunity available, but not required

Position Details

• Schedule:Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. (Reduced schedule may be available)


• Compensation:$500,000+


• Location:Onsite or hybrid, hospital setting in Napa County, CA


• Call Expectations:None.


• Benefits:Comprehensive benefits package, including malpractice coverage, credentialing support, and administrative infrastructure.


• Time Off: 10 weeks of paid time off per year for the Full Time position.


• Target Start Date:ASAP.


• Other:Occasional cross-site coverage in the region may be needed

Qualifications

• Board-certified (ABR or ABOR) Radiologist.


• Breast Radiology fellowship training preferred.


• Ability to obtain an active medical license in California.


• Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset to help shape the local imaging program.
