Imagen Technologies is seeking a board-certified Breast Radiologist to join a high-performing hospital in Ukiah, California. This technology-forward, physician-led practice prioritizes clinical quality and supports regional growth across a respected hospital network.

Flexible 0.5–1.0 FTE is available for the right candidate. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00, with onsite or hybrid options in Ukiah (Mendocino County).

About The Role

We are seeking a board-certified Breast Radiologist to join a high-performing hospital in Ukiah, California. This is a unique opportunity to join a technology-forward, physician-led practice where clinical quality is our paramount priority. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining the breast imaging program at Ukiah and supporting regional growth across a high-performing hospital network. FTE flexibility from 0.5 FTE up to 1.0 FTE is available for the right candidate.

Clinical Scope & Responsibilities

• Procedure Focus: This role involves a full suite of on-site breast procedures, including:
• Ultrasound-guided breast biopsy with localization device placement
• Mammographic-guided breast biopsy with localization device placement
• Ultrasound-guided breast cyst aspiration
• Clinical Leadership: You will play a key role in clinical leadership, defining standards and optimizing workflows
• Cross-site Coverage: Occasional cross-coverage within the network as needed

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. (Reduced schedule may be available.)
• Compensation: $500,000+ for the full-time position; part-time scaled proportionally
• Location: Onsite or hybrid, hospital setting in Ukiah, CA (Mendocino County)
• Call Expectations: None
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including malpractice coverage, credentialing support, and administrative infrastructure
• Time Off: 10 weeks of paid time off per year for the Full Time position (42 weeks on-site)
• Other: Occasional cross-site coverage in the region may be needed

Compensation

The base pay range for this role is $450,000 – $500,000 per year.
