Imagen Technologies is seeking a board-certified Breast Radiologist in San Bernardino, CA, to lead our breast imaging program across two outpatient clinics. This position offers flexibility with a schedule ranging from 5 days onsite to 2 days onsite and remote days.

Responsibilities include leading imaging procedures, interpreting mammograms, and clinical leadership in defining standards for our imaging program. A comprehensive benefits package and 10 weeks of paid time off per year are included.

We are seeking a board-certified Breast Radiologist to lead the breast imaging program at 2 outpatient clinics outside of San Bernardino, CA. This is a unique opportunity to join a technology-forward, physician-led practice where clinical quality is our paramount priority. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining imaging standards while delivering essential care to a supportive community.

This opportunity has location and schedule flexibility - from 5 days a week onsite (preferred) to 2 days a week onsite with remote days.

Clinical Scope & Responsibilities

• Procedure Focus: This role focuses on , including:
• Ultrasound-guided breast biopsy
• Preferred (but not required): Stereotactic biopsy
• Mammography Interpretation:You will also read screening and diagnostic mammograms studies.
• Clinical Leadership Opportunity: If interested, you will play a key role in clinical leadership, defining standards and optimizing workflows.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. (Modified schedule may be available)
• Compensation: $500,000+
• Location: Onsite (split across 2 locations in Highland, CA and Redlands, CA) or hybrid (up to 2 days remote possible)
• Call Expectations: None.
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including malpractice coverage, credentialing support, and administrative infrastructure.
• Time Off: 10 weeks of paid time off per year for the Full Time position.
• Target Start Date: ASAP.
• Other: Occasional cross-site coverage in the region may be needed
