Timber Ridge at Talus in Issaquah, WA is seeking an HVAC/R Technician to repair, maintain and install heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration systems. Pay rate is $34 to $37 per hour, full-time with some hours outside 9 to 5.

You will coordinate with supervisors, perform routine and preventive maintenance, diagnose problems, repair equipment and support winter snow removal as needed. A Universal EPA Refrigeration Certificate and at least four years of experience with cooling

Qualificações

• High school diploma/GED and targeted job related education.
• Universal EPA Refrigeration Certificate is required.
• Minimum four years of experience in HVAC cooling towers and chillers.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates with supervisor and other trades to complete projects and work orders efficiently.
• Informs personnel regarding procedures and status of work orders for decision making and safety compliance.
• Performs routine and preventive maintenance to ensure ongoing HVAC/R system function.
• Installs heating, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment to provide upgraded capabilities.
• Diagnoses causes of problems and determines repair or replacement needs.
• Inspects HVAC/R systems and components to evaluate condition and plan maintenance.
• Repairs HVAC/R systems and components to ensure comfortable living and working environments.
• Requests equipment and supplies to maintain inventory for installations and repairs.
• Prepares written materials documenting activity and status of repairs.
• Responds to emergencies after hours to resolve safety concerns.
• Assists with other facilities projects as staffing allows.
• Assists with winter snow removal efforts.
