Shift & Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Must have flexibility for on-call rotation and emergency overtime)

HVAC/R Maintenance & Repair: Install, troubleshoot, and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components across commercial heating, cooling, and refrigeration units.
System Operations: Perform regular building tours and routine inspections to identify equipment needs, perform preventative maintenance, or coordinate major repairs with outside contractors.
BAS & Controls: Utilize Building Automation Systems (BAS) to monitor system performance and diagnose operational issues.
Documentation & Compliance: Complete work orders accurately, track labor/materials, maintain Refrigerant Inventory & Usage Reports, and document equipment details (make, model, serial numbers, test measurements).
Vendor & Safety Management: Follow all safety requirements (including lockout/tagout and appropriate PPE), manage warranty/product issues with factory personnel, and keep company vehicles stocked and inspected.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands‑on experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting commercial HVAC service issues.
Hands‑on Expertise with: Electrical, refrigeration, gas/oil, VAV/mixing boxes, VRF, VFD, CRAC, DX units, water source heat pumps (WSHP), boilers, and related hydronic equipment.
Certifications:
Active CFC / EPA Certification (Universal or Type II required).
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Education: Associate degree or vocational certificate in HVAC/R from a trade or community college.
Technical Skills: Ability to read/interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals; strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; working knowledge of BAS.
Flexibility: Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency night/weekend calls as needed.
