Job summary

Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA, invites married couples to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents, living in on-campus student homes to guide 8-13 youths with daily supervision, routines, devotions, and engaging activities.

Couples follow a nine consecutive days on duty/two? three days off schedule, with transition to a placed houseparent role possible. Housing, meals on duty, and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses age 27+.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Ability to obtain certification to drive student home vans.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and oversee student wellness.
• Lead activities, devotions, and Sunday Chapel participation.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
