Position: Full-Time Housekeeping Room Attendant

Location: DoubleTree Philadelphia, 237 S. Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107-5686

A Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests to ensure outstanding guest service and maintain hotel profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed
• Perform deep cleaning tasks when required
• Stock, maintain, and transport housekeeping supplies
• Dispose of trash and recyclables properly
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests
• Perform guest turn-down service as needed
