TownePlace Suites Charlotte LoSo in Charlotte, NC is hiring a full-time Housekeeping Room Attendant. The role focuses on cleaning guestrooms to hotel standards and delivering courteous guest service, with an 8am start and weekend availability required.

Responsibilities include thorough room cleaning, restocking supplies, reporting maintenance items, and maintaining clean public areas. Training and daily pay benefits apply, with a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including supplies and linen for housekeeping cart setup.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed.
• Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day's use.
• Replenish chemical bottles.
• Report missing items to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report maintenance repairs to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle items for Lost and Found according to standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
