Job summary

The Peninsula Regent in San Mateo, CA is seeking a Full-Time Housekeeper to maintain clean resident apartments, common areas, and offices to a high standard while delivering outstanding customer service. You will follow infection control, safety, and chemical handling procedures; respond promptly to resident requests; and support special cleaning projects.

Qualifications

Previous housekeeping, janitorial, hospitality, or environmental services experience preferred.
Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safe operating procedures.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Clean resident apartments, common areas, offices, and public spaces according to established quality standards.
Vacuum, dust, mop, sanitize, and restock supplies to maintain a safe and attractive environment.
Respond promptly and professionally to resident housekeeping requests and concerns.
Follow infection control, safety, and chemical handling procedures while performing daily tasks.
Support special cleaning projects and assist with maintaining the overall appearance of the community.
