The Peninsula Regent in San Mateo, CA is seeking a full-time Housekeeper to maintain a clean, comfortable, and inviting living environment for residents while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will clean resident apartments, common areas, offices, and public spaces; vacuum, dust, mop, sanitize, and restock supplies; respond promptly to resident requests; follow infection control and safety procedures; and assist with special cleaning projects to keep the community looking its best.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, hospitality, or environmental services experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safe operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments, common areas, offices, and public spaces according to established quality standards.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, sanitize, and restock supplies to maintain a safe and attractive environment.
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident housekeeping requests and concerns.
