Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Understand and carry out oral and written directions
• Able to work independently in the absence of supervision
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations

Responsibilities

• Reports to work as scheduled and attends mandatory in-services
• Complies with facility policies and procedures
• Cleans and maintains resident rooms, offices, and common areas
• Vacuuming, wiping, mopping, polishing, and related cleaning tasks
• Adjusts to shift changes to meet facility needs
• Cleans and sanitizes areas according to policy
• Moves and arranges furniture and equipment as directed
• Cleans dining areas after meals and follows the weekly schedule
• Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms and common baths
• Cleans and maintains windows and walls in resident areas
• Follows weekly cleaning schedule and safety rules
• Adheres to sanitation and chemical hazard guidelines
• Follows Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Housekeeping
