Responsibilities

• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop floors throughout the community.
• Clean resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms and windows.
• Restock supplies in baths and common areas.
• Steam clean or shampoo carpets and manage cleaning solutions.
• Replace light bulbs and perform basic maintenance logging.
• Follow cleaning worksheets and chemical safety procedures.
• Notify supervisor of major repairs via maintenance log."
• Ensure suites with two residents are cleaned twice weekly.
