Job summary

Spring Arbor of Apex is seeking a friendly Housekeeper to maintain a clean, welcoming community for residents. You’ll prepare vacant apartments for move-ins, refresh occupied homes, and keep hallways, common areas, and laundry spaces neat and organized.

The role runs Monday–Friday with every other weekend, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, offering $15.38–$18.60 per hour based on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and more to support your wellbeing.

Qualifications

• 1+ year housekeeping experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Dependable with pride in doing a job well.
• Team player who helps create a welcoming environment.
• Understand safety around cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Get vacant apartments move-in ready for new residents.
• Keep occupied apartments clean, fresh, and comfortable.
• Make hallways and common areas shine.
• Keep laundry, linen, and housekeeping areas clean and organized.
• Ensure cleaning supplies stay stocked and report what is needed.
• Clean dryer lint traps daily and areas behind laundry equipment weekly.
• Spot maintenance or problem areas and report them.
• Follow cleaning schedules and company standards.
• Jump in to help wherever you're needed!

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You’ll help keep our community looking its best by:

• Getting vacant apartments move-in ready for new residents.

• Keeping occupied apartments fresh, clean, and comfortable.

• Making hallways and common areas shine.

• Keeping laundry, linen, and housekeeping areas clean and organized.

• Making sure cleaning supplies stay stocked and reporting what we need.

• Cleaning dryer lint traps daily and the areas behind laundry equipment weekly.

• Spotting and reporting maintenance or problem areas.

• Following our cleaning schedules and company standards.

• Jumping in to help wherever you're needed!

YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU...

• Are dependable and take pride in a job well done.

• Have an eye for the little details.

• Know your way around a vacuum, spray bottle, and cleaning supplies.

• Understand the importance of safely using cleaning chemicals and equipment.

• Have previous housekeeping experience — 1+ year preferred!

• Are at least 18 years old.
