Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice in Worcester, MA is seeking an In-Home Associate Veterinarian to provide compassionate in-home care for pets in Worcester and surrounding areas.

We offer flexible 2-5 day per week schedules, unhurried appointments, mentorship, onboarding, and 24/7 support. Salary ranges vary by schedule, with 4-day starting at $107,500 and 5-day base at $130,000 plus bonuses; 3-day full-time and part-time prorated.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/BVMS is required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Candidates subject to background and motor vehicle record check post‑hire before start date.
