Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is seeking an In-Home, Associate Veterinarian to serve Plymouth, MA and surrounding areas. Join a mobile practice that prioritizes work–life balance, compassionate hospice and euthanasia care, and meaningful client relationships.

You will be part of a network of veterinarians with ongoing mentorship, structured onboarding, and a supportive practice management team while delivering high‑quality care in clients\' homes.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/BVMS required.
• Valid U.S. driver\'s license required.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Background check post‑hire and before start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families.

• Veterinarian Salary Range – 3‑day, 4‑day, and 5‑day full‑time opportunities are available in the Plymouth, MA area. Compensation varies based on schedule structure, with 4‑day positions starting at $107,500 and 5‑day positions offering a base salary of $130,000, plus additional bonus opportunities. 3‑Day Full‑Time and Part‑time opportunities are also available in this market and offer prorated compensation based on schedule.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license
• Availability to work some weekends
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check, post‑hire and before their associated start date
