Lap of Love invites you to join a Minnesota-based team as an in-home Associate Veterinarian in Minneapolis. You will deliver hospice and end-of-life care in clients’ homes, balancing professional fulfillment with a flexible lifestyle that respects your well-being.

With a veterinarian-founded culture, you’ll benefit from ongoing mentorship, practice management support, and a community of over 400 veterinarians.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/BVMS degree and eligibility to practice in the U.S.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and weekend availability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Background check and motor vehicle record check post-hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home veterinary hospice and euthanasia care for pets.
• Deliver compassionate care while supporting families through pet end-of-life.
• Work independently with mentorship and support from Lap of Love team.

Salary Range

*Veterinarian Salary Range: 3‑day, 4‑day, and 5‑day full‑time opportunities are available in the Minneapolis, MN area. Compensation varies based on schedule structure, with 4‑day positions starting at $107,500 and 5‑day positions offering a base salary of $130,000, plus additional bonus opportunities. 3‑Day Full‑Time and Part‑time opportunities are also available in this market and offer prorated compensation based on schedule.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license
• Availability to work some weekends
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check, post‑hire and before their associated start date.
