Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an in-home Associate Veterinarian to join a mobile practice that emphasizes work‑life balance, compassionate hospice care, and meaningful family interactions with pets.

You’ll work with a supportive network of mentors in a role that offers flexible schedules (3–5 days) and opportunities for professional growth while practicing medicine in clients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS).
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Background and motor vehicle record check post-hire and before start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide in‑home hospice and euthanasia care for pets.
• Deliver compassionate medical care in client homes with professionalism.
• Collaborate with Lap of Love team while practicing independently.

Salary Range

*Veterinarian Salary Range: 3‑day, 4‑day, and 5‑day full‑time opportunities are available in the Minneapolis, MN area. Compensation varies based on schedule structure, with 4‑day positions starting at $107,500 and 5‑day positions offering a base salary of $130,000, plus additional bonus opportunities. 3‑Day Full‑Time and Part‑time opportunities are also available in this market and offer prorated compensation based on schedule.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license

• Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check, post‑hire and before their associated start date.
