Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice invites you to join as an In-Home Associate Veterinarian serving Wilkes-Barre, PA and surrounding areas. This mobile role offers autonomy, mentorship, and a path to practice with purpose while balancing personal life.

Compensation features 3-day to 5-day full-time schedules, with 4-day base salaries starting at $85,000 and 5-day at $100,000 plus bonus opportunities. Flexible onboarding and ongoing support accompany a rewarding career.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/BVMS degree required.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families.
• Practice veterinary medicine with compassion in a mobile setting.
• Collaborate with Lap of Love team and maintain professional client communication.

Veterinarian Salary Range

3-day, 4-day, and 5-day full-time opportunities are available in the Wilkes-Barre, PA area. Compensation varies based on schedule structure, with 4-day positions starting at $85,000 and 5-day positions offering a base salary of $100,000, plus additional bonus opportunities. 3-Day Full-Time and Part-time opportunities are also available in this market and offer prorated compensation based on schedule.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license
