Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is seeking an In-Home, Associate Veterinarian for Jersey Shore, NJ and surrounding areas. This role offers an opportunity to practice compassionate hospice and euthanasia care in clients’ homes, embracing a mobile practice that supports your well-being and work-life balance.

You will join a community of veterinarians and support professionals, with ongoing mentorship, onboarding, and dedicated management.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) is required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license is required.
• Availability to work some weekends is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check, post-hire and before their associated start date.

• Veterinarian Salary Range: 3‑day, 4‑day, and 5‑day full‑time opportunities are available in the Jersey Shore, NJ area. Compensation varies based on schedule structure, with 4‑day positions starting at $117,500 and 5‑day positions offering a base salary of $140,000, plus additional bonus opportunities. 3‑Day Full‑Time and Part‑time opportunities are also available in this market and offer prorated compensation based on schedule.
